Sometimes we're not very hungry so we make this pudding very low calorie and full of vitamins. It contains no sugar contrary to the pudding that can be found in the trade and in addition it is low in carbohydrates. Indeed for a pudding of about 500gr it is only 150kcal, carbohydrate 7gr, lipid 6gr and protein 15gr. How is it possible? It's very simple, 50% of this dish is made of water and we fix it all with gelatin. The advantage of this pudding is that it brings you a portion of water (1 glass). Knowing that every day you have to drink at least 8 glasses of water (2 liters), it is a good way not to force yourself... Moreover it is rich in vitamins since to give the texture we use strawberries and that these are very low in calories (32kcal/100gr) and that they are one of the fruits bringing the most vitamins (A, B, C,...). If you are greedy like me you can also double the portions in order to have a large pudding well satiating...
