We're sure you like the well-fluffy French toast...And if you don't know what it is you're missing something, believe us ! It is a slice of bread soaked in a mixture of egg and milk that you cook so that it becomes very soft. The problem with this kind of recipe is that it is often not very healthy because you have to add sugar or browning. Moreover it is often baked in butter, which raises even more calories. But is it still obligatory to add these two enemies of a healthy diet? Well you figure that no, we have developed a recipe of french toast without sugar & butter but still so soft. And you doubt it, the calories will also drop because of that. For my part, we use complete bread, multicereal or rye but you can use the one you love the most.
