
You always hear that it is not possible to eat Nutella when you want to pay attention to your diet. Well we're going to prove you the opposite today with my healthy chocolate spread recipe and very low in calorie. Indeed, this Nutella is 2-3 times less caloric than the normal Nutella and sugar & fat-free. For the whole recipe, around 2 tablespoons it's only 60kcal. Another advantage is that it is made from unprocessed food and ready in 5 minutes. It can accompany bread or any sweet dish and is suitable for all diets, whether you are vegan, gluten-free, ketogenic,... Moreover, you can keep it in the frigde for 2-3 days without any problem.

Ingredients
- 15gr of cocoa powder
- A little water or milk (depending on the cocoa)
- 1 teaspoon of sweetener (10gr) or honey or agave syrup (15gr)
- 15gr of Protein powder/whey (optional)
- A few drops of hazelnut aroma
Preparation
1. Put the cocoa in a dish and add the whey if necessary.
2. Add the sweetener as well as the hazelnut aroma (optional).
3. Pour a little bit of water into the dish and mix. (It is always possible to add but never to remove)
4. Add gradually water until you get a texture of spread.
5. Let it stand for 10 minutes so that the dough hardens a little.
6. Serve with bread or a sweet dish of choice, be creative.
