Ingredients
- 3 whole eggs
- 3 egg whites
- 1L of semi-skimmed or skimmed milk (or lactose-free but vegetable milk works less well)
- 15ml vanilla extract
- 3 teaspoons of sweetener
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 320°F rotating heat.
2. Pour the milk and vanilla extract into a saucepan and cook on the heat until boiling.
3. During this time, beat the eggs with the sweetener.
4. Once the milk is boiling, add it to the eggs and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
5. Pour into a baking dish. Make sure the dish can be deposited in another larger oven dish.
6. Pour water into the large dish and put the dish containing the mixture in.
7. Make sure that the water is at the 2/3 of the large dish when the other dish is in it so that it does not overflow.
8. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
9. Once out of the oven, let cool and then put the dish in the fridge for overnight.
10. Enjoy your meal !!
