Cinnabon is a kind of cinnamon roll very well known in the USA. But its particuliarity is that it is VERY soft and filled with syrup which makes it a very caloric food. Indeed, a cinnabon (the size of a closed fist) contains 880kcal !! And guess what? We have revisited this recipe to make a version 2x less caloric but still just as soft and delicious. Let's go straight to the ingredients for the recipe.
