A good savory pie to warm up when it's cold or to eat cold when it's hot (goes everywhere). But if it's also low in calories so it's even better. And eat half of the pie alone, no one will ever say no. Let's move on to the ingredients for the recipe!

Ingredients
- 1 pie crust from the trade
- 300g frozen branched spinach or 400g fresh spinach
- 1 large onion (150g)
- 4 eggs or 6 egg whites (less calories)
- salt and pepper
- 60g of goat cheese
Preparation
1. In a pie dish, roll out the pie crust.
2. Cook the spinach in a pan with the chopped onion and add a little water if it sticks.
3. Remove excess water from vegetables in a colander.
4. Place the cooked vegetables in a container and add the eggs, salt and pepper and mix everything.
5. Pour all this into the tart mold and bake for 20min in an oven preheated to 180°C.
6. After 20min, add the goat cheese slices and bake for another 10min.
7. Let cool to room temperature and enjoy or store in the fridge.
